1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

Boost Cleanup does not require account registration. We do not collect personal information such as:

• Name
• Phone number
• Address
• Passwords
• Government identification information

1.2 Device Permissions

To provide the App’s core functionality, we may request access to certain device permissions.

Photos Permission

Photos access is used to:

• Detect duplicate photos
• Detect similar photos
• Detect screenshots
• Detect large videos
• Organize photo libraries

Photos and videos are analyzed locally on your device. Photos and videos are not uploaded to our servers for duplicate detection, screenshot detection, similarity analysis, or large video analysis.

Contacts Permission

Contacts access is used to:

• Detect duplicate contacts
• Detect incomplete contacts
• Help organize contact information

Contact information is processed locally on your device. Contact information is not uploaded, transmitted, stored, shared, or sold to any third party. We only access contact information when you choose to use contact-related features.

1.3 Subscription and Payments

Subscriptions are securely processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not directly collect or store:

• Credit card information
• Billing information
• Payment credentials

2. How Information Is Used

Information may be used to:

• Provide cleaning and organization features
• Improve App functionality and performance
• Maintain App stability and reliability
• Diagnose and fix technical issues
• Prevent abuse, fraud, or misuse
• Improve user experience

We do not sell personal information.

3. Data Storage

Most cleaning, scanning, and analysis functions are performed locally on your device. Photos, videos, and contact information are not uploaded to, stored on, or processed by our servers for cleaning and analysis purposes. Diagnostic and analytics information may be collected as described in Section 4.

4. Third-Party Services

The App may use trusted third-party service providers to support functionality, analytics, and stability. These services may include:

• Apple App Store
• Google Firebase Analytics
• Google Firebase Crashlytics

These providers may collect limited device, usage, diagnostic, and crash information in accordance with their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these providers.

5. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

The App may request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. If permission is granted, certain identifiers may be used to measure advertising effectiveness, analyze marketing performance, or improve user acquisition efforts. You may choose to allow or deny tracking at any time. Your decision will not affect the core functionality of the App.

6. Subscription Information

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID account settings. No refunds will be provided except as required by applicable law or Apple’s policies.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age or the minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

Depending on your location and applicable laws, you may have rights to:

• Access information about you
• Request deletion of information
• Withdraw permissions previously granted
• Object to certain processing activities
• Request information about how data is used

You may also manage permissions at any time through your device Settings.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will become effective when the revised version is published within the App or otherwise made available to users. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
